Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Switch Store's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

• Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Website checkout supports EcoCash securely processed by Paynow, or cash on confirmed delivery or pickup.
• EcoCash orders require successful payment verification before fulfilment
• Cash orders are paid on confirmed delivery or pickup
• Orders remain subject to stock and fulfilment confirmation

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

• Delivery is free in Harare. Eligible in-stock orders may qualify for same-day delivery after stock, area, and timing are confirmed.
• Delivery outside Harare is arranged through FedEx with a USD 10 delivery fee, confirmed before dispatch.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Signature may be required for delivery of certain items

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible product purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the Refund & Returns Policy.

• Eligible products must be new and unopened, or otherwise unused, with the original packaging, accessories, serial numbers, and proof of purchase.
• Eligible returns can be brought to Switch Store or sent by approved post or courier after the team confirms the return request.
• Approved eligible returns have no restocking fee or return handling cost, and Switch Store provides the return label or arrangement for approved postal returns.
• After an eligible return is received and approved following inspection, Switch Store processes the refund within 7 days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Switch Store or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
