Refund & Returns Policy

Please read before purchase or repair
At Switch Store, we are committed to fair and transparent business practices. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. No Automatic Refunds
Refunds are only issued where a product is found to be defective and cannot be repaired or replaced.
2. Timeframe for Claims
All refund or replacement claims must be made within 7 days of purchase or service completion.
3. Proof of Purchase Required
A valid receipt or job card is required for all refund or dispute claims.
4. Exclusions
No refunds for:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Misuse
- Third-party interference
- Successful repairs once the device has been collected and tested
5. Repairs First Policy
Where possible, Switch Store reserves the right to repair or replace before considering a refund, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
6. Lay-By / Deposit Policy
- Products placed on lay-by remain the property of Switch Store until paid in full.
- Lay-by agreements are valid for 90 days from the date of the first payment.
- Failure to complete payment within this period will be considered default.
- Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation or default by the customer and will be treated as a holding and administrative fee.
- If Switch Store is unable to supply the product, the deposit will be refunded in full.
7. Management Discretion
All refunds are subject to management approval after assessment.
Approved refunds are processed within 30 days.
By making a purchase or submitting a device for repair, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

This policy is displayed in compliance with Sections 53 and 55 of the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44], Zimbabwe.
